When are Solo websites permanently deleted?
Official Solo Shutdown FAQ states that all Solo websites and data will be deleted on November 30, 2026. After that date there is no way to recover the site, account, or data. Treat every export as final insurance, not a nice-to-have. Re-open the FAQ if wording updates.
Does the Download Website Data ZIP include original image files?
No. The ZIP contains an HTML export of the website and a CSV file with links to image assets, plus contact form and newsletter submissions. Image source files are not included. You must download each image individually from the CSV links before November 30, 2026, or those hotlinks disappear with Solo.
How do I migrate a Solo Domains purchase to Name.com?
Create or log into Name.com, complete Registrant, Administrative, and Technical contacts, copy the Account Code from the Name.com dashboard, email that code to support@soloist.ai, wait for the transfer confirmation, then add billing information on Name.com so renewals do not lapse.
What about domains bought through IONOS instead of Solo Domains?
The official FAQ separates Solo Domains (Name.com transfer path) from IONOS purchases. If your domain is on IONOS or another registrar, manage DNS and renewals there. Do not email an Account Code for a domain Solo Domains never held.
Will Solo Pro or Grow refunds happen automatically?
Yes per the FAQ: active Solo Pro or Grow subscriptions receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period calculated as of October 1, 2026. The refund returns to the original payment method and you do not need to file a ticket for that refund path.
Does this local pack upload my ZIP or call Solo APIs?
No. The helper runs entirely in your browser. Tick boxes and notes stay on your device. We never upload your ZIP, scrape Solo, or create hosting accounts for you. Always re-check support.soloist.ai for authoritative dates.
