How to: solo zip image csv domain migrate pack

Use this local guide before 2026-11-30. Re-check official pages for authoritative dates. This site does not call vendor APIs or store your data on a server. Exports stay on your device.

1. Step 1. Confirm Solo deletes all websites and data on 30 November 2026 with no recovery after that date
2. Step 2. Log in → menu → Account Settings → Download Website Data and save the ZIP locally
3. Step 3. Open the ZIP: verify HTML export plus image-links CSV plus form/newsletter submission files are present
4. Step 4. Understand image source files are NOT in the ZIP — open the CSV and download each image from its link before Nov 30
5. Step 5. Create a local folder and tick off each CSV URL as saved; note broken links early
6. Step 6. Export or copy form and newsletter submissions into a spreadsheet or email tool with mapped columns
7. Step 7. If you used Solo Domains (not IONOS): create/log in to Name.com, complete Registrant/Admin/Tech contacts, copy Account Code, email support@soloist.ai
8. Step 8. Add Name.com billing before renewal reminders; keep Solo installed until transfer confirmation email arrives
9. Step 9. Only after images, leads, and domain steps are verified treat the Solo account as expendable
